Job Description:
Clinical Relations Manager Remote (Australia-based) | Full-Time | ~50% Travel Required
Please note that you must be located in Australia to be considered for this role. Applicants outside of Australia will be rejected.
About this opportunity
The IVF Guide is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, internationally recognised donor bank - a world leader in third-party reproduction with laboratory operations spanning the US, UK, and Europe, and clinical partnerships across the globe. This is a rare chance to join a mission-driven organisation at the forefront of family-building science, trusted by fertility clinics and patients worldwide for their exceptional donor catalogue, genetic screening standards, and patient support.
We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Relations Manager to expand and strengthen partnerships with fertility clinics across Australia. If you thrive in relationship-driven roles and are passionate about reproductive health, this role was designed for you.
The role
This is a relationship-focused position, critical to educating clinic staff on the donor bank's services, supporting patient-facing workflows, and ensuring the organisation remains a trusted partner in third-party reproduction across the Australian market.
Relationship management sits at the heart of the role. You will develop and maintain strong, ongoing partnerships with fertility clinics and key stakeholders — including physicians, nurses, embryologists, donor coordinators, and office managers — serving as a trusted advisor who genuinely understands clinic workflows, referral patterns, and patient needs.
You will conduct regular on-site and virtual training sessions for clinical staff covering the donor catalogue, genetic testing, shipping processes, and patient support resources, while proactively sharing service updates and best practices to keep clinic teams ahead of the curve.
On the growth side, you will identify new clinic partnership opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally on tailored growth plans, and monitor referral trends and account health against revenue targets. You will represent the donor bank at key Australian and regional fertility events as a credible, engaged presence in the sector.
When clinic challenges arise, you will bring professionalism and high emotional intelligence to issue resolution, coordinating internally to protect relationships and uphold standards. You will also stay current on the Australian fertility landscape — regulatory developments, competitive shifts, emerging clinic needs — and translate those insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
What we are looking for
You will bring 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or clinical outreach, ideally within the fertility, medical device, or healthcare industries. A strong understanding of the Australian fertility clinic landscape and third-party reproduction is essential, as are exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
You will be comfortable with up to 50% domestic travel, experienced in representing a brand at professional conferences, and a self-starter who can manage a travel schedule, track clinic activity, and report on outreach metrics independently.
Existing relationships within the Australian fertility sector, experience with CRM systems, and a background in reproductive or women's health are all advantageous.
Why this opportunity
This is a chance to represent a globally respected brand with a growing international footprint, travel to leading Australian fertility centres, and attend the sector's most significant professional events. You will join a collaborative, forward-thinking team with strong values and a clear mission — helping people build families.
