Role purpose

We are seeking a clinical advisor to help shape an at-home hormone monitoring solution for IVF and broader reproductive health use cases. The advisor will bring hands-on clinic experience to ensure the product is clinically relevant, operationally practical, and fits real-world fertility workflows.

Key responsibilities

- Advise on how hormone testing is used in IVF pathways

- Help identify the strongest first-use case for market entry

- Guide which hormones are most clinically useful in early product rollout

- Advise on dashboard design and how results should be displayed to clinicians

- Help shape workflow integration into clinic operations and medical record systems

- Provide feedback on how clinics would adopt, purchase, and use the product

- Support validation planning by advising what evidence clinicians would need to trust the results

- Introduce practical considerations around patient usability, error reduction, and implementation

- Optionally support pilot clinic outreach, product positioning, and webinar / market education activity

Ideal profile

- Senior experience in IVF / fertility clinic operations

- Background as either:

- **Embryologist** with strong operational / systems knowledge, or

- **Fertility doctor / clinician** with experience using hormone results in treatment decisions

- Strong understanding of:

- Estradiol / progesterone monitoring during IVF cycles

- FSH / LH / baseline hormone testing

- Clinic workflow for blood testing, scheduling, and treatment decisions

- Familiarity with EMR / clinic system integration and clinical reporting workflows

- Comfortable working with an early-stage startup and advising a product still in development

- Able to translate clinic needs into practical product recommendations

Preferred experience

- Experience with fertility innovation, medtech, diagnostics, or digital health

- Experience in quality, compliance, validation, or protocol development

- Experience advising startups, vendors, or innovation projects

- Network within IVF clinics that could support pilot or feedback opportunities

- Input on priority hormones for launch

- Defined clinician dashboard requirements

- Practical guidance on clinic workflow integration

- Stronger clinical credibility for pilots, partnerships, and investors
