Position Summary
The Donor Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a professional, safe, and supportive experience for sperm donors throughout the entire donor journey. This role combines administrative responsibilities, donor communication, compliance with Danish health regulations, and collaboration with clinical staff. The Donor Coordinator helps secure high-quality donor recruitment, maintains excellent donor relations, and supports daily operations at the sperm bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide potential donors through the recruitment process, including screening and eligibility verification.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and ensure clear, supportive communication.
- Schedule medical tests, interviews, and donation appointments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential donor records in compliance with GDPR.
- Ensure adherence to Danish health regulations and internal quality standards.
- Support daily clinic operations and coordinate with clinical and laboratory teams.
Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, biology, psychology, social sciences, or similar field.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic, professional demeanour.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Fluency in English; Danish proficiency preferred.

Working Conditions
- 37-hour workweek with daytime shifts.
